Apple has announced that it has sold 2M iPads in first 60 Days. That is a very impressive number considering the iPads are not available in all markets yet. And this is a brand new category that no other companies have been able to break in to before.
However, now that this category of “Tablet” has been established and accepted, there will be more competition from all the PC/Notebook manufacturers as well as from consumer electronic companies. All the indication has been many are working on tablets running on Google’s Android OS.
