All in 1 Google Nexus One?

I don’t know if this is a typo or for real but Wal Mart has listed Google Nexus One for sale, which is not surprising. However, what’s surprising is the spec under the Network Technology. It is listing GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA, as well as 1xRTT and 1xEVDO, which means this phone can work on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon at the same time. For real?
