In an overlooked USA Today article from Friday, AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson and “insider sources” quietly all but confirmed that the company has retained exclusive rights to the iPhone until 2010.
What does this mean? Unfortunately, it means who ever wants to have the iPhone in the US will be stuck with AT&T horrible service….

it is really a bad news, it is a monopoly and it should not be allowed.
People need to have choices and this is against any free commerce.
