For those of you who have the iPhones this may not be much of news to you but it might be a big reminder to others who are thinking of ditching their current carrier to sign up with AT&T so they can get the exclusive iPhone.
According to the Consumer Report, AT&T has ranked the lowest in customer satisfaction on 19 of the 26 markets surveyed. To add salt to the injury, their main rival Verizon has ranked highest in all 26 cities. Ouch. And this is based on 50,000 people surveyed, not a small number.
This is what the Consumer Reports has to say. “Apple’s iPhones are the top smart phones in our ratings–actually, among the best of all phones we tested, period–but their exclusive carrier, AT&T, was middling at best in satisfaction. If you’re readying to buy Apple’s phone, prepare for possible disappointment with its service and expect to love the phone anyway.”
This is what this blog has been saying all along…..

I am on AT&T but don’t have any other choice if I want a GSM phone.I travel internationally and need to switch SIM cards sometimes.I wish we had T-mobile here; a MYtouch would be nice.
