This one is called HTC Lancaster and headed for AT&T with full QWERTY keyboard, 2.8 inch touchscreen, A-GPS, and 3Mpixel camera. No other details available at this time.

It depends on your definition of a smartphone. Typically, smartphones run either Windows Mobile or Symbian that is very business application friendly not necessarily multimedia friendly. This one runs on Android so it’s more of multimedia than business application.
