Since iPhone 4 was launched last year with Apple’s own A4 chipset running at 1Ghz, other iphone killers have been released with either 1.2Ghz processor or dual-core 1Ghz processor. It’s only natural that Apple will come up with something to raise the bar with their highly anticipated iPhone 5 to be released laster this year.
The rumors suggest that iPhone 5 will get a new processor called A4 and not only will it be a dual0core but it will also include Imagination Technologies PowerVR SGX543MP2 graphics and video core.
Deja Vu. It seems we are back to the processor war we saw in the PC world except this time it’s on smartphones.
