Apparently, Apple is being sued by one class action suit after another that the iPhone isn’t quite working out as well as claimed by AT&T.

Notice, the complaints aren’t about the iPhone’s gadgetry but its network connection.

It just goes to show you that the true iPhone Killer not only has to work well with multimedia stuff, it has to work as a phone, foremost, and as a connected data device.
