LG Dare Update

It appears Verizon wants to beat the iPhone 3G release by pulling in the release of LG Dare to June 26 for online and Jul 3 for in store. Some new features not found in the iPhones.
1) Proximity sensor to turn off the LCD when the screen is near the user’s ear to conserve the battery.
2) Light sensor to adjust the LCD brightness depending on the surrounding light.
Actually the Iphone includes both of those features…. I’ve personally seen them and used them, there is an auto brightness feature no the Iphone, as well as a proximity sensor.
