T-Mobile will be launching their second Android based phone this summer. Unlike the first one that was named HTC G-1 or T-Mobile G-1, this new iPhone Killer will get an unique name called myTouch 3G. It is basically the same as HTC Magic available on Vodofone but spec’d for the US market. They are currently taking the pre-order on T-Mobile website. The price will be $199 with 2 year contract.

HTC Magic that was launched in Europe is the same phone that T-Mobile will bring in as G-2. The only difference will be the US version will have the 5Mpixel camera instead of 3.2Mpixel.

You may have seen a lot of different variations of what the G2 phone by HTC would look like. This one appears to be the latest.

The T-Mobile G2 is QWERTY-less thinner variant of the G1. It also runs on Android OS but upgrades the camera to 5-megapixels. Other features include 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, UMA, HVGA touch screen, microSDHC slot, Internet Browser and Email.
