BB Javelin sells for $17,000

Remember that questionable Blackberry Javelin that was on eBay few days ago. Would anybody imagined that someone would be willing to pay $17,000 for a phone? I don’t think even the iPhone fetched that much when it first came out.

Apparently, somebody has put up unreleased Blackberry Javelin up for auction on eBay with a legitimate picture. No confirmation on whether this is for real or not.

Here is a new entry for the iPhone Killer from RIM - Blackberry Javelin. It comes with pretty impressive features, except for 3G…. 512Mhz processor, 256MB memory, WiFi, GPS, 480×360 screen, 3.2Mpixel camera, etc. No words yet on the launch date.
