This is the first known snapshot of a phone featuring Dell logo. The rumor is that Dell was planning to release the Android powered phone by the end of the year. The screen clearly suggests the this phone is a Chinese version.

There is a report that Dell has been working with a Taiwanese manufacturer Foxconn to develop their own Windows Mobile-Based Smartphone. Neither companies will confirm or deny the news.
