In keeping up with earlier post about Apple and LG’s phone shipment, today we learned that Samsung has shipped 52M phones in the same period. And here is a simple chart showing growing market share of the phone market by Samsung.
In summary, Apple: 5.2M, LG; 30M, Samsung: 52M. I wonder what Nokia (#1), Motorola (#4) and Sony Ericsson (#5) did.
UPDATE (7/31/09) Motorola has reported that they have shipped 14.8M phones in the same period.
