Well, this highly anticipated iPhone Killer from Sony Ericsson is finally available just in time for the Christmas. However, they were not able to secure any carrier to sell them so interested buyers can only order through their website for unsubsidized price of $800. Ouch.
The only good thing is it will be unlocked phone so you can take it to pretty much any GSM carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile) and use it and not be bound by 2 year contract.
While all other iPhone Killers are being priced around or below $200, selling a $800 phone in this economic times does not look like the smartest thing but let’s see how well they do.

I just bought a laptop for 800.
A cell phone for that price? I don’t think so!
The Windows Mobile OS makes this phone feel like the 8086 computers we used some 20 years ago.
Advise to Sony Ericsson: Dump Windows Mobile. Your skins over the OS were cool and awesome. Trust your own OS building capabilities.
