Here are the costs of using the data service with your iPhone Killers on US carriers. They are very similar and all have that magic 5GB limit as the data service is still very expensive compared to just voice. Hopefully with next generation data service technology (4G, LTE), it will become faster and cheaper.
Update: As our informative visitor has pointed out, the above price is for using the data through a broadband card or using the phone as tethered modem. The actual data usage on the phone itself has a different price and typically a fixed fee with no overage.

This is incorrect. These are the prices for mobile broadband cards on those carriers. I’m employed at Radioshack and deal with AT&t and Sprint plans on a daily basis. Data services for PDA phones is still unlimited and 20 cheaper a month than those in that list.
You are absolutely right. I’ve gotten confused about the broadband internet plan versus data usage on the phone itself.
